This is great. I set it to 20% so that not EVERY NPC can heal. With Fizzle, Just Cast It, and Wild Magic Surge, as well as a mod that lets NPCs use potions, this should make for some interesting fights.
Thank you for trying. I installed it using Mod Organizer 2 and it works fine.
The reasons why it doesn't work are as follows. Not installed Spell Perk Item Distributor. If your NPC's health is too low, you may kill it before using healing. The target NPC does not have the ActorTypeNPC keyword.(Most NPCs, such as bandits, have one.) No Magicka. NPC health is not roughly below 10%.
If it doesn't work for any other reason, I don't know. Sorry.
Its possible you are also looking for it be in your face - but if you want that, other DISTR's added in will defiantly make the enemy noticeably better at keeping themselves alive (notice, I say that as someone who plays master or legendary with various difficulty mods and settings - I ony mention this because enemies easy to kill to begin with are going to be east to kill no matter what, give them time to live and watch them fight for it).
Hi, It works perfectly and i waited for a mod like this for long, thanks ! I tested with the bandits camp west of Whiterun and used a weak weapon to not kill them too fast. What a surprise when the last bandit did heal himself using magic ! That's so much fair. Excellent !
