Channel Tokino Sora's genki energy with these two spells. Complete with staff and spell tomes. Sora Fall is a longer lasting paralyze and Seiso Blessing is a full heal healing spell.
To acquire go to the Statue of Meridia and find the spell tomes and staff by the stairs up to the statue itself.

Use console commands to spawn the items and/or learn the spells.
