1. Download Modex. Default it is Delete Key to open that up in-game. 2. Go to NPC Section. 3. There are 2 search bars one at the down is "Filter by Modlist" write DSQuest and choose the filtered DSQuest.esp 4. There will be tabs of Information about every NPC, You'll see the Assassin, it has no Reference ID so it's shown as "Unknown" but it has a Base ID , for me it is 2002ddb1 5. go to console type: player.placeatme 2002ddb1 1 6. The Redoran assassin will appear as alive and non-hostile, kill him. 7. take the key and 2 notes, read the "Instructions." Note. 8. Start the quest, profit.
Alternatively:
Add the Notes and the Estate Key from Items Tab the 2nd note is the one that mentions Dredayn but it does not fire up the quest so Instructions note is what you need.
For anyone else with GTS. As of V82, the BODY is not where the mod says it is; this is because GTS moves it. It now apparently is up by Morthal, SE up the hill from the Kjenstag Ruins, which are NE of Myrwatch (The house). There is a sabrecat munching the dude; so be warned about that.
(Found the body, just out exploring, figured out this mod was creating the quest and yeh; its no where close to where the mod says).
PSA: one of the quest locations associated with Fredas Night Fashion collides with the CC Myrwatch location, and may render both quests incompletable without console commands.
You won't be able to enter a location required to complete Fredas Night Fashion because it is in exactly the same place as Myrwatch. The entry is not accessible.
During the unification, a mistake was made somewhere, which is why Radovar remains silent after the murder of Irsin. In the split version 1.3 everything works.
I tried starting the Retirement quest after googling how to get into the Dredayn Estate which key I couldn't (obviously now) locate. I am unable to locate the dead assassin that supposedly starts the quest.
What I tried: re-installing the mod, walking from the Honeybrew meadery all the way to the western watchtower, tcl under the ground to make sure he wasn't clipped or bugged in the ground from environment mods.
I read through the whole post section of the original Retirement mod page I found but no one seems to have any problem with it and from the description it is unclear if the body has been relocated like someone proposed.
Any information or tips would be greatly appreciated ^^
I am playing the "Gate to Sovengard" mod collection for the SE/AE edition for context.
Having an issue where I've offed Irnsin Law-Skinner and upon returning to the solitude jail Radovar has the "...now about my reward?" dialogue option, but I click it and nothing happens.
Fredas Night Fashion and Fortune's Tradehouse are permanent in my load order which is rare for quest mods. They're both high quality with memorable characters and feel like they just belong in Skyrim
I played through Radovar's and Retirement once each and liked them, but found them more simple and straightforward and not as rewarding to replay.

But you need to extract the BSA and go to \sound\voice\dsquestpack.esp\rrca_radovar_voice\
rrca01_rrca01_returntorado_0000332c_.lip1 and rrca01_rrca01_returntorado_0000332c_2.lip
should be renamed to
rrca01_rrca01_returntorado_00000804_1.lip and rrca01_rrca01_returntorado_00000804_2.lip
let me know if that works, if not the .fuz may need to be deleted if it was borked in the merge.
