Just wanted to pass along that Book Covers and the Lost Library version has a newer edition that isn't compatible with your patch. Here's the link: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/70272
this works with EPO/Enhanced Perk Overhaul! it leaves an "Empty Skill" branch on the menu where lockpicking should be, but the thievery skills level up appropriately and the points work. So it's not "clean looking" but it is functional.
This makes WAY more sense than having two trees for something you don't do a LOT of!
My only question is: how will this interact with "class" mods, that give skill bonuses on character creation. For example: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/41298 , which uses "ModAV("Skill", xx)" to increase the stats.
Yeah, I'm curious to know that, too. Not gonna lie... I'm one of those players that comes up with a storyline and fixes all her stats to match right out of the gate... if I'm a resurrected servant of Sithis, I'm not getting killed by a frost spider, and if I'm a werewolf, then wolves aren't going to attack me period, you know? I'd be interested to know if, with this mod, I'd be adjusting my lockpicking and pickpocket skills like normal, or if it would be more like player.advskill thievery 99999?
I like the idea of the mod but until someone add something to replace lockpicking tree I won't be download it (I will keep track of it) No disrespectful toward you

player.SetAv lockpick 0 [worked fine]
player.AdvSkill pickpocket 5 [did nothing, just stated the following:]
IsCurrentFurnitureObject>>0.00
IsCurrentFurnitureObject>>0.00
I use Ordinator.

Thanks!?

And for the Ordinator/Vokrii patch, move their unarmed perks to the tree.
