Alduin78 is the creator of this armor in collaboration with Zzjay! I only ported this over to SSE with their permission because neither is active on SSE and I really love this armor. Thank you all for your support for their work.
Hey, I managed to make functional version of this mod where all the outfits are clothing through TESedit. All the proper keywords have been put in place (thanks to a forum in loverslab nonetheless). Could I maybe share the file with you so that you can upload it? (You can obviously check it up, see if you find anything that isn't functioning etc.)
Otherwise, if someone is TESedit savy and is reading this with the intent on having these beautiful outfits as clothing, basically, what I did was: -set armor value to 0 for everything in the "Armor" section (this is the only section you need to worry about) -remove the [armormaterial] keywords for every piece -change the "armorlight" keyword to "armorclothing" -change the "vendor...armor" keyword to "vendor...clothing" -change the "armor[bodypart]" keyword to "clothing[equivalent body part]" (note that "cuirass" for armor becomes "body" for clothing, etc.) -change the general flag armor type from "Light Armor" to "Clothing"
It's pretty straight forward, and in my game all my unarmored perks worked. Hope this helps.
Hi Sanguarae, Glad this worked for you and there may be others who would like unarmored versions of these outfits. Did you copy the items so there is a choice for armored or unarmored or does it make the file unarmored only? I might be willing to post it as an alternative if it works well, but I also need to get permission from the original author Alduin78 first. Thanks for asking about it in any case.
Well, since I made this primarily to serve my playthrough, I didn't think of having both versions available. So, in other words, it's an unarmored only version that I have, and it is functionnal. I tried most of the outfits, and I think they were all available.
I will try and PM you a google drive link were you can download and inspect the file yourself as you wish, in your own time.
Can someone make a color edit for me of the robes in image #14? I just want a simple color swap of the red parts of the robe to Dark Blue. Thanks in advance!
so i am trying to change body to the existing armor in nifskope to cbbe slim and i haven't found a tutorial how to do it, I've made my body but i don't know how to change it to mine.
Are these outfits supposed to have SMP-HDT physics? If so, it doesn't seem to be working for me. Any suggestions? I've been looking for a physics-friendly mage robe armor forever if anyone has any other leads (like traveling mage robes, but with apprentice robe models and/or short sleeves)!
I have this mod on xbox and it works great. I wonder, is there a Star Trek clothing armor as well? This would be great too. I tried to find if there is one but it may be under another name that I don't know. If anyone knows if one exists or not drop a reply. Other than that thanks for the port. This is a really great mod.
