The Path of Sorcery perk overhaul allows students of the dark arts to harvest bones from the fallen with which to build their own skeletal army, after taking the Acolyte perk. However, those who play such characters for a while will begin to notice the option to harvest bones missing from some of the enemies they slay while passing through a bandit camp or warlocks' lair. This is because whenever we yoink someone's bones, they're added to a "harvested actors" faction. In the case of generic respawning NPCs, they'll retain their membership even after being recycled, preventing their bones being collected again.
This mod fixes the issue, replacing the faction membership with a constant effect (i.e. a spell) which doesn't persist across multiple instances of the same character. You'll thus be able to harvest bones once from each enemy, instead of once from each NPC template.
