Thank you for these patches! Sorry if it's a bit much, but would it be possible to create patches for integration mods such as "Beyond Skyrim in Skyrim - An Integration Mod" or "Creation Club Integration - Armours"? I'm quite inexperienced using xEdit. If you are able to do it, I would appreciate it. Tnx!
That's really up to Southpawe to provide, and he has plans to do so eventually. But remember he already has most of USSEP changes in his mods already.
I ran an XEdit script that found some small changes that were missed. My USSEP Fixes AIO covers all those, but again these are not critical. Mostly it's things like default sleeping outfits, minor stat adjustments, and a few aforementioned misapplied audio templates that probably cause some minor characters to not have voiced dialogue.
Fixing this in xEdit is tedious, but not too hard. Load the patches along with their un-merged masters, and include the AIO in your load order. Then, go through the NPCs in the two patches and copy (overwrite) the head parts from the AIO over the head parts from the originals. Finally, clean masters. It took me about 20 minutes.
I use Immersive Citizens in my build. It looks like there are other people who have put out patches for AI Overhaul? Go to the Northbourne Whiterun page and open the Requirements drop down box in the description.

I only make patches for mods that I have in my own set-up. I've never used those two you mention. Sorry!

Would be very appreciated.
