   Very interesting setup-- I think it'd work well for a player house and/or a loot location / mini-quest of some kind.

   I personally love it, kind of wish it was built in the overworld rather than in its own cell but still sweet

   I think it's worth to be continued. from the screenshots, many interesting corners, cluttery, and man - then anvil (would be nice if it'd count as skyforge smithing place).
   
   as a whole, it does not seem to be that much work (well, i just startet modding by creating a few followers). maybe a follower chill corner would do the job in an area that is bugging you the most.

   Nice work, I like the look of the outside of the tower. But, please could you add some precision on what is left to be done ? Is it worth installing ?
