      Dunno if anyone else has run into this, but with Andromeda you use the console command `modpcms "Standing Stones Found" 13` to unlock the bonus powers.

    don't you mean birthsign stones or standing stones? Doomstones are something different

      Exactly. There are no Doomstones in Skyrim, as those were linked to the plane of Oblivion and the Oblivion Crisis.

      Thirteen of these monoliths are named after the birthsigns, while the other seven are believed to be named after long forgotten cults.


      Looks like Birthsign stones are some kind of Doomstones.
