Beta TKAA patch for the ETaC 0.7 update

This is a patch for ROC. Due to the large number of kids this mod added, it needs extended testing before it goes in a mod pack. PM with any issues please.

Loose files for the default kids ONLY. Use this if you get dark heads/horse faces, and AFTER moving the plugin to the bottom of your load order.
