Great mod love the look and the music. the most major conflict with city of the north falkreath is that it takes out two archery target witch it fine by me. I would be awesome for their to be a quest with the house to get some miners from shore stone and to rebuild the basement area. The one thing I would love is to have planters replacing the row of plants with a planter or having a remodeled area in the basement for planter would be fine by me.
Are followers still leaving? I'm trying to find a good big house or base to start storing my favorite followers, this one caught my attention but if they're up and leaving I can't use it for it.
Anyone else notice the JJBA Pt. 6 easter egg in the vault room?!? (But seriously, I love this house. Its simple but suits my playthroughs perfectly. The music is well done too. Nice work!)
This is a really nice house! Loved the interior decorating. There is a quality to it that reminds me of a funky coffee house from the early 70s with a cozy yet elegant vibe, yet is somehow still very lore friendly. Great textures, loved the carved woodwork and the tapestries and the walls and floors . The shelves in the dining room are so carefully decorated that I didin"t even take any books so I wouldn't ruin the symmetry My only complaint is the unfinished basement and spider webs on other floors. Is there a quest or something else I missed or is that left to the player and jaxonz positioner?
In any case it was a real treat and well worth keeping in my load order. I"ve tried many houses and only a few of them have as much personality as this one does. Kudo's and thanks for sharing
Thanks! About the basement - I just made it that way, added cobwebs to highlight the atmosphere of a slightly shabby basement. And there are no any quests in this mod, but I'm looking forward to make several updates in the future.

Also idk but if I try to use bless home spell it says "This is not one of your homes.." I was planning to bring Lucia and Blaise here maybe more kids.
I could utilise the space for followers like Inigo,Auri,Serana and Yeah LYDIA......

Just for curiosity, what resolution have this new textures? Because the weight it's a little bit too much for a player house
