If this patch doesn't work for someone, try putting it in your load order before Sneak Tools but after Opulent Thieves Guild. You should have the following mod order:
Late response, but I don't think it matters. Though if it were for me, I'd go with Sneak Tools after Opulent Thieves Guild in case the former somehow breaks one of the mechanics.
