Yes but typically rule of thumb is to always have a framework before doing any type of followers. It's honestly pretty rare for a standalone to be adaptable to a framework. Usually things break when not in the correct order.
Exellent work. However there is an issue with the ESL-Flag, because the FormIDs haven't been compacted. Loot throws this warning:
This plugin contains records that have FormIDs outside the valid range for an ESL plugin. Using this plugin will cause irreversible damage to your game saves
Tried as I might, I could not get any dialog for her to follow me. I'm using no follower frameworks. I'd talk to her in Sleeping Giant, but no dialog options. Couldn't edit her in xedit because it wouldn't save with a conflict error with the riverwood cell. So I removed that, and moved her to a new location. Resolved the error, but still no dialog options. So I figured I'd remove her ESL flagging. that didn't work. Put that back and moved to an interior cell in Solitude, and moved her to me. Get her out of that riverwood cell region. That didn't work. Installed a framework. That didn't work. No idea what's going on. Clearly no one else is reporting this so it's definitely a me problem. I'm just not sure how to resolve it. Everything that's worked in the past isn't fixing it. I can clearly see the relationship metrics in xedit, so I know there should be something. Even tried just targetting her and running: SetRelationshiprank 14 3 Addtofaction 5c84d 3 Those two commands turn any NPC into a follower (at least, gives you the option). But nothing. No dialog appears for Arcianna. (worked fine on the bartender, and some guards). This one has me stumped.
hmm She's built on vanilla follower package so there should be no problem at all so definitely it's on your end, have you tried starting a new game maybe? or any mods that can potentially affect followers?

@Serados14 It's not you, I'm just an idiot. I dunno if I was tired, or just frustrated at something. But I just couldn't figure it out. But today I finally did. set playerfollowercount to 0 That's what fixed it. Even though I *thought* I've been playing this playthrough from lvl 1 completely solo, I apparently at some point picked up a follower (dunno if it was just a stupid wrong click somewhere, or if a mod did it). So while the game was registering me as having a follower the dialog (correctly) didn't come up.
Once I forced it to 0 I didn't have to do anything, I clicked on Arcianna again and poof, the dialog appeared. That took me way too long to figure out and I feel like an idiot. But I thought I'd come and post my shame so you didn't think anything was broken. She's working now!
i really like how she looks, she looks pretty but kinda a bit rough... does that make sense? lol. i call that kind of beauty, adventurer beauty. idk what im saying, my english sucks. This is just an idea for you rather than a suggestion, it would be cool if you can write like her backstory on why she ends up in that certain place and why she is willing to travel with the dragonborn. kinda like this follower https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11785. Reading her backstory is enough to convince me (or tricked my brain) that she isnt just a regular follower even though she actually is, im sure people like me in the future who are going to download this will appreciate it.
lol dont worry my english also sucks but let's just say she's a refugee from morrowind turned wanderer when she landed in skyrim. She's a free spirit at best and as a mage she needs assistance hence she is always armed with conjuration spells for her travels. :D
EDIT: hmm not a bad idea actually i'll try to made a lore of her :D
a request, can you change summon familiar to something else? I've found that the familiar gets in the way laying down right in front of doorways. ( my fav female khajiit has this spell and it does just that)

see if this solves your problem, it has no esp so it's safe to install and remove mid-play. :)
