That's 25 pieces in all, so make sure to have enough empty Body Paint slots for maximum creativity.
Don't have enough? It's simple;

 - Find SKEE64.ini in Data/SKSE/Plugins directory
 - Open in any text editor
 - Look for section [Overlays/Body]
 - Change iNumOverlays= to whatever number you wish (recommended not to add more than 128)


Textures are 2k, so make sure to add the following to SKSE.ini if you're not already using hi res tintmaps;

 - Find SKSE.ini in Data/SKSE directory
 - Open in any text editor
 - If not already there, add to bottom
   [Display]
   iTintTextureResolution=2048
 (it's possible to go higher than 2048 such as 4096 but not necessary for this mod)


Installation:

Install as any other mod in your mod manager of choice. Load HRO Butterfly Effect.esp after Racemenu.esp and RacemenuOverlays.esp.
