Disregarding the White-Gold Concordat, the Thalmor have begun to invade Skyrim!
With the province weakened by civil war, this is the most opportune moment. Massive casualties are soon to be expected, unless the first phase is thwarted completely.
Eleven clusters of their top agents are rapidly approaching by land, by sea and even by air. They have weapons, resources and supplies for the assassins expected in the second phase.
There must not be a second phase. All of the advance forces have to be eliminated. These forces are stronger than their vanilla counterparts, including commanders, mages, archers and melee fighters.
I suspect you will enjoy terminating the scum of Nirn.
