Please, please provide an alternate version of this house mod, where it is situated behind the inn in Riverwood. There's a vacant spot there, and you can add a garden to the house too if you place it there.
You've situated this house on edge of the central island in Riverwood, and that spoils the natural view of that particular location, especially since there's no beach behind the house, so I cannot see the waterfall or bridge from the island now (as I have flora overhaul mods too). Love the little outside shack though - maybe remake its wooden bride as a stone bridge (that's slightly sunken below the water but doesn't block the river) with pathing so followers can also follow! (I plan to make that shack as a permanent residence of one of my mage/hermit followers!) Also make the shack more natural looking please so it fits into the surrounding environs.
I love the layout of the interiors of this house - it is truly perfect and mystical!
Especially that enchanting room and that hidden "garden" valley where one can party with friends under the stars - beautiful! Smithing/forge area is also pretty airy and well laid out, especially with those ships and runes on the walls -- cool touch! All the house followers I met (chef, guildmaster and blacksmith) are great too, and they have their own beds and tasks! Suggestion: please add a bar area where the chef presides like a barkeeper (I love how you added "rumors" to him too!).
My only concern is that I didn't see any beds for followers, though there are several places for them to dine in. Please add a room where 3-5 followers can sleep in. As of now, I used the Portable Bedrolls mod to add bedrolls in available crooks and crannies where my followers can rest.
Another suggestion is to expand the hidden garden valley, and add a pool/pond with beach and idle markers/stations, so followers can relax and swim.

EDIT: The trapdoor on the wall near the forge seems to be missing its activator. Is it supposed to lead to a cellar or basement?
- That is a good idea with the bar and I will try to integrate this.
- I have built the inn modular. This means that I can accommodate additional rooms without any problems so that the followers also get their sleeping quarters :)
- The idea with the pond I had originally but it is a bit difficult to build this here. I will put it but on my ToDo list!
- The trapdoor on the wall in the forge is a placeholder. In the future there should come an extension for this mod :)
It will take longer until I can implement all the stuff because I currently have limited time.
Okay, this is a LOT of fun-- I really like the layout, and things like the alchemists' area and the bathroom are very nice touches. I'm currently using it with the portal mod so Dragonborn & followers can go back and forth, because it's a good place to hang out when they need a break from dungeon-crawling!
Thanks for this unusual home with some interesting features - love the boats in the smithy. Just to let you know that the bookcases seem to be missing their activators as do the display cases.
