I have a weird bug where the exterior on the building fades in and out. I was hoping this mod might fix it but no luck. Anyone encountered this before and found a fix?
I know it's not from this, but I can't figure out how to fix it. When you walk past the gate towards the right side of the museum, suddenly all the decorations "pop" in, depending where you are standing. I believe it to be an occlusion culling issue but I'm not sure how to fix it in xEdit. Perhaps wankingSkeever could be kind enough to drop some insight on us.
CoTN is a very popular series with similar texture weirdness, with misaligned boards and whatnot. If you were ever up to it, it would very much benefit from similar fixes as well, and I'm sure many people would love you for it!
Thanks for this awesome mod! However, while nearly all of the fixes have been applied, for some reason I still get the z-lighting at the entrance... Any idea what could be done?
The implementation of the OCS patch is really bad. There is actually a reason for having duplicates of the objects in the closed worldspace. So instead of moving all fixed objects from the closed worldspace to the open one, you should map the copies in the open worldspace with the originals and apply the changes to them. There is a useful script for doing that here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6536. I will try this myself and tell you if I encounter any problems.
