I personally use Path to Ordinance. Having to tab out and look up explanations for what perks does sucks. So, I wrote a book and (hopefully) placed it in Dragonsreach, on the bookcase in Farengar's Study (placed on the top!). It's worth a bit of money, 750 base gold, so you might be inclined to sell it early which will require you to buy it later, or hold onto it for when you're able to start crafting. It should also be part of the typical bookvendor levelled lists, should you happen to sell it.
It may be formatted a little awkwardly and a little longwinded in parts, but ah well.
