I've also got JK's Windhelm Outskirts and a few other mods that add things around the stables (Khajiit has Wares, Lux, etc) however that area itself seems to be working just fine.
However moving this mod below everything breaks that area, but it does fix the landscape issues by CWE's Eastern docks. And of course, the guard outpost added by CEO is still missing entirely. Also, I'm running Rob's bug fixes and the Banner fix from CEO's page.
If your stairs to the docks are blocked and you have installed lux orbis patches, try to load this patch after them. In my case this solved the problem, Lux Orbis was replacing the stair cutout bridge model from this patch. I also remove the FE053813 entry from the Lux orbis - Windhelm Entrance Overhaul patch. This is a snowdrift that covered one of the stairs.
Hey guys, so no matter what i try, I have walls blocking my stairs leading down from the bridge to the docks added by CWE. Load order is correct from what i can tell. I also seem to have an issue with the lux orbis patch for CWE making some fireplaces by the fish stand on the bridge float with no braziers. Can anyone help me please? I love the 2 mods and want to use them.
Hey, yes I'm having the same issues with the bridge, and for some reason the docks on the West side have a slope of snow on the boat there, very strange. I tried looking for any conflicts in SSEEdit but sadly couldn't find any.
This patch should fix the walls issue if everything is in the correct load order (including lux orbis and its patch, as well as the ussep patch). Double check that, make sure you have all necessary patches. If that still doesn't work, either start a new game or go to a secluded interior cell somewhere else (like Bannered Mare in Whiterun or Anise's Cellar) and wait 10 in game days to reset the cell. See if that fixes the issue. If not, it's probably another conflicting mod.
As for the slope of snow on the west side, do you have enhanced landscapes or any mod adding extra snow to the game/Windhelm? This patch shouldn't be affecting the docks below. Try this and read the comments to ensure you put it in the correct spot: Windhelm Bridge Fix by grVulture
If it doesn't work, comment back with a screenshot. Maybe use More Informative Console to try to identify what's adding that landscape feature.
the lod doesn't seem to work properly with me, using dyndolod 3.0 most of the bridge is invisible till i get somewhat close but still a walk away. also, walking into the skeletons outside reduces fps to the 20's, what's up with that?
I've got an issue with the stairs by the dock that connect to the bridge. They are aligned with a smaller bridge and so you cannot cross them. Not sure if this is caused by one of the other mods I have but I'm pretty sure the only mods that edit this area are Windhelm Capital Expansion and Windhelm Entrance Overhaul.
EDIT: Just did some checking and I have Lux patches installed that load after this. Not sure if that would cause this issue.
EDIT: The USSEP patch for CWE was causing issues as it was loaded after this patch.
This mod is a mess atm. I removed Routa, but kept everything else. Now the ground is fixed, but there are invisible pillars on the bridge, flying lanterns and the merchants are gone.
Question regarding patches found on either the Capital Expansion page and the Entrance Overhaul page:
Both the mods have their own patches for their own little fixes. Is there a recommended set of patches to use/not to use from either of the mod pages?
If patches from either page are to be used, where in the load order should they be placed? (what would a load order with "WindhelmSSE" + "WindhelmEnteranceOverhaul" + "WindhelmEntranceOverhaul WindhelmSSE" + any patches look like?)
EDIT: also, recommendations/suggestions on the use of other mods that alter windhelm? (other patches for these other mods that alter windhelm can be found on CWE or CEO respective pages. ALSO: others in this page have noted that JK skyrim shouldn't affect either CWE or CEO or this, apparently. correct me if I'm wrong)
Any suggestions or noteworthy information from others will be greatly appreciated.

I am running into a few issues surrounding CWE and CEO in conjunction with Northern Roads.

Do you get the same if you disable this patch and Capital Windhelm, and just run City Entrance Overhaul?
I removed Routa, but kept everything else.

(Edit:) I think I fixed it. Kept the load order as said by ZacDorkus and just moved Routa to load before all the Windhelm mods.
