Keep in mind that it's only a temporary effect, and that what is actually being lowered is the target's armor rating rather than the armor's condition. It's basically the opposite of a magic shield.
The corrosive weapons will probably use the A.W.E. effects since that mod seems to modify the vanilla enchant shaders. I'd have to look at the A.W.E. plugin to know for sure.
However, if the corrosive weapons use the vanilla enchant shaders, they still should not interfere with A.W.E. and all the other weapons would use that mod's effects.
Corrosive enchantments will only appear on vanilla Skyrim and Dragonborn weapons, since they were manually added to the mod. However, if you learn the corrosive damage enchantment, you can apply it to weapons added by other mods.
The shout version would essentially be "Marked for Death", so no need to add that. Spell versions would not be a bad idea though. Might add them in an update.

Can i find these modded weapons with your enchantments on them around Skyrim? Or will this need compatibility patch for that?
