About this mod

A little tweak mod for Enchanting Awakened SSE that removes the perk requirements to use armor and weapon enchantments.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This mod is a patch of Enchanting Awakened SSE. All it does is remove the requirement to get those first couple perks to use weapon and armor enchantments, along with Soul Tear soultrapping and Soul Stealer. Soul Trap as a spell is unaffected, however, because that's something I felt the player would need knowledge to use, as opposed to someone else's enchantment or shout.

NOTE: The ESP technically requires all the DLCs (well, the ones that came with Steam SSE). Whatever ones EA itself doesn't require probably aren't actually needed, so you can remove them with zEdit/xEdit if needed. However, don't ask me to, because I really don't want to do anything with this after release. Also, I have no idea how to make an LE version of this, so don't even ask.

CREDITS
A great deal of thanks is owed to Apoapse, who helped me figure out how weapon enchantments were being halted.

Thanks to egocarib for creating Enchanting Awakened.
Thanks to mnikjom for porting it to SSE.
If either of you would like this taken down, please let me know.*

*To make matters clear for moderators and nosy downloaders: I attempted to contact mnikjom a month ago, hoping for help with making this patch. I also mentioned that it would be for personal use unless they said otherwise, hoping they would say something on the matter. That post was, according to Nexus, read, but I never got a response back. I then attempted to contact them again about a week ago, explicitly asking for permission to upload this. Now, a week may seem like a short time, but that message was, once again, read (two days after it was sent), and, once again, prompted no response. So, while it may be true that I never received explicit permission to upload this patch, at this point, I feel like I would rather elicit an actual response telling me to take this mod down (or at least a response telling me to remove this paragraph) than sit here and never release this patch, which I know other people would appreciate (as evidence, see this fix for the patch for Oldrim EA and Requiem that was initially made to remove the features: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/87847).
