This is a modified version of Dragon Stalking Fix using loose files. There's no need for the ESP, so you free up a slot in your load order. This mod neatly saves a step when following The Phoenix Flavour "by the book".
If you're wondering why this (still) exists with the re-upload of Fixed Dragon Stalking Fix being a thing, here's my answer from the forums:
...this mod is used in many modlists and by people who have relied upon it for years. I believe tarlazo when they say their implementation addresses the issue better. But it isn't "literally the same". It's different, and some may not want to wager on this new method being non-conflicting.
For example, I am building based on TPF, and unless necessary for my personal changes, I build it "by the book".
There may come a day when this mod is completely obsolete. But in the words of the great Jarl Balgruuf: "that day has not come yet."
