hello, first thank you for your time to fix this weird hair situation that bethesda made, i've downloaded all the requirements that asked and my character's brown hair is looking from the behind the hood and in front of the character's face it's looking yellow hair, what can i do?
i ADORE this mod , this fixed one of the biggest annoyances i ever had, but i have a question does this mod shows original hair under headgear or different wigs , because i am not getting original hair for a lot of them and a lot of them are now blonde , anyway to fix this will be appreciated.
Hi, this mod seems to be causing vanilla NPCs and the player character with headwear to have invisible hats and a bald patch, or lose their hair completely. Any idea what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Hold on, you're saying the plan was to replace every single hoods and hats in the game, for every hair style, without clipping? If you do that manually it would be thousands. What kind of super advanced technology is this mod using?
Most of the hoods add their own hair that replaces what the player has. That's what you see in the last 3 images. The hair shown is actually part of the hood itself.
The hood style shown in the first and third pictures shows your character's actual hair, and reduces the likelyhood of clipping by being fairly open and spacey. Crazy poofy anime hair will still clip, but it works good for most hairstyles.
That makes more sense. I still hope it still have a few different hair style for each though. Too bad I don't play mage character much, but as soon as the thief and assassin hoods are done I'm going to use it. keep up the good work man, you have an mazing idea for a mod and I'd love to see this finished.
In my mod list LOOT doesn't like either ZZJay's hoods or the Elegant Gown mod. It sounds like we can live without them if we place the meshes and textures in the right place. Can they all just be copied over to your mod? Further details might be helpful, if my assumptions about being able to avoid those other mods is correct.
Wait. Do you want to tell me that you want to make your hair visible after wearing a helmet, hood etc? ALL hair? Well, because you know that KS Hairdos has a lot of them, and this is in fact creating a large number of meshes for only one type of hair, and there are 300 or better of them. Nice initiative, but you will surely be able to do it yourself? This will require a lot of work and time cause you want to not just remove bald heads but also prevent hairs from clipping through helmet and if in the meantime Kallilies or other hair author decide to update his/her mods you would have to start all over again. I would help you but I don't know nothing about skyrim modding.
That's not an issue? But you set requirements for your mod on someone else's attempt to fix this problem, which turned out to be only an attempt to work around the problem instead of solving it. You do not have to create your own hoods, but adjust each subsequent hairstyle so that a) there is no balding effect and b) that the hair does not get clipped by the given vanilla hood or helmet. Vanilla hair somehow does not suddenly disappear when you put on a given helmet or hood, nor does it clip.

any new headwear added by mods won't be affected. anything that replaces vanilla headwear should be loaded after this.
