I had to remove the skeever in Riften. It was in a loop. The locals would aggro, absolutely murder the poor skeever, go into a cooldown, and start the cycle again. I thought the place had been overrun by Imperials, the way the people were carrying on. Poor thing wasn't even bothering anyone.
EDIT: the source of the issue is that despite the fact they are unaggressive, they are still in the factions that cause others to attack them. Faction interactions are no easy fix. It's best to just keep the skeevers in the sewers and the rabbits in towns. I get a headache trying to follow which factions are enemies and which are friends.
The rabbit added in whiterun seems to be immortal, unsure if intended tho Edit: A ton of the normally enemy type animals that get added to cities frequently become aggressive to the npcs for brief periods causing weird fights to break out that don't end properly since none of the animals seem to die and unaggro just as easily as they aggro.
So just out of curiosity since these are non-Agro if my poor "PTSD" stricken self walks into riften and sees a crab or skeever and attacks it out of instinct will this agro the town folk/ guards?! I could TOTALLY see me doing that!
Fine so far. Simple improvement to immersion in cities. I expected some bloat but actually the numbers of placements are immersive. Maybe one too many skeevers in Rifton.
