Looks lovely, doesn't have those mask slots that always drive me up the walls, because I use legacy, and they always stay empty, and feels like an imperial cottage from Morrowind. Seems like you've got a knack for this, so I'll keep you in mind for when I start my next run, and by I'll keep you in mind, I mean I'm downloading this.
Finally someone who thinks the same way I do! Desperately been looking for a "nice" small home (not just an abandoned shack with one bed, one chest, and a chopping block outside) that doesn't also have specific displays for unique items! Like you, I also use Legacy of the Dragonborn, so all my unique stuff goes there.... and I hate seeing empty displays in my home. Just not too fond of the LotD Safe House.
Very nice little home for the wayward mage! Somehow you placed it in the only few square feet of space available! The mod Whiterun Valley by willibach covers almost everything else from Riverwood mine to past Whiterun stables. Thanks for this fine little home.
I found the house, and it looks pretty cozy. But unfortunately, some textures are still missing. I'm using the lastest version of Mod Organizer and I have many other mods installed and running, so I think it's not the problem of MO. If you could fix this (or let me know how to fix myself), I would be grateful. Thanks! :)
Love the house! Now that I've gotten inside, it really is a little nook. Everything's really well-organized inside! I like the immersive storage for weapons, jewels, ingots, books, etc. that is enough to help organize my stuff but doesn't feel cluttered. I also appreciate that it doesn't have every single possible crafting station in the game - it's reasonable for a small house.
Maybe it's just my character, but I have to jump a bit to get up the stairs inside the house, it's like they're a bunch of little ledges instead of stairs.
Purely because of all the HDT mods I have installed, my frame rate seems to tank when I hit the hanging rabbit after coming down the stairs and it starts swinging around. I don't think this is caused by your mod at all, but if anybody else gets a mysterious framerate drop near the bottom of the stairs, that's probably why.
Don't worry about the initial packaging snafu, it's definitely a quality house. Good job!
Very good. There is a host of starter "warrior" and "thief" houses. But not so many aimed at mages. Good job. And don't worry about the bsa goof. Even the old timers here have had some "Picard face-palm" moments.

Edit: Use the optional files from this mod and deleted the bsa files
