Commander Antonius is the leader of a gang of Imperials that does not like corruption of any kind. He does not take sides, so you wont see him and his gang join up with either Stormcloaks or General Tulius's guys. Because General Tulius could not convince Antonius and his mates to join the Imprial army, he does not look up to Antonius very much. Commander Antonius and his small gang, rather join Dovakiin on his mission to destroy corruption, rather than take any side, since Antonius thinks the whole war is completely insanity and foolish..
