About this mod
Rosewood Estate is built upon the ruins of a Dwemer facility just south of Falkreath. Above ground is a luxurious house with all the amenities one could ask for, set in an idyllic grove surrounded by mountains. Below ground, the house connects to an ancient Dwemer teleport chamber that has been repaired and repurposed to modern Skyrim destinations.

Features
Estate Grounds
- Greenhouse with 24 planters and an alchemy station.
- 10 banner themes for the outside of the house.
- Smithing area with forge, smelter, workbench, tanning rack, grindstone, 10 weapon racks, a mannequin, and unique displays for Gauldur Blackbow, Gauldur Blackblade, Staff of Jyrik Gauldurson, and Aegisbane.
- Outdoor chests that are linked to indoor chests for convenience. These include Ingots, Ore, Leather & Hides, Armor, Weapons, Smithing Supplies, Potions, Poisons, Alchemy Supplies, and Alchemy Ingredients.
- Standing Stone that can be cycled to any of the stones.(Click just in front of the stone near the blue fire pot to switch between stones)
- Apiary
- Guard Tower and Barracks. Once you become Thane of Falkreath, you can use a token in the bedroom to hire four guards.

Dwemer Teleport Chamber
- Model map of Skyrim with animated Dwemer lenses and effects.
- 18 Teleport locations: All 9 hold capitols, Riverwood, Dragonbridge, Karthwasten, Shor's Stone, Ivarstead, Rorikstead, Kynesgrove, Raven Rock, Tel Mithryn.
- Spell Tome: Recall: Rosewood Estate on table near the teleport console.
Crafting Room
- Enchanting Station, Staff Enchanter, Disenchantment Font, Alchemy Station

Known Conflicts
- Open Cities: Teleport locations are set to inside the cities for convenience, which are in their own worldspace. Open Cities puts all cities into the Tamriel Worldspace, so the player ends up in the original city worldspace, instead of the Open Cities version.
