   For those wondering, this also fixes Vatyrs Howling every time you stagger them in Enderal (SE). Thanks for the fix!

   lol. so its not from POISE itself (  I reported an error that my werewolves plays howl animation after being staggered )

   Made a patch for this to work with Convenient Ring of Hircine, without the patch howling on transformation is broken when using the ring of hircine power.

   This really helps with custom creatures that uses werewolf skeletons. Thank you.
   I have noticed that it makes werebears not howl after the transformation, as well. You may have to add the magic effect to the condition.

   transforming with the ring of hircine makes the character not howl at all, needs a bit of fixing
