   How do I change its position in the preset list? It conflicts with the souls-like smoothcam preset for the #1 spot. Wanna have both options, y'know

      Just rename the file from SmoothCamPreset0.json to a different number that doesn't conflict with your other presets.

   You should also consider setting up stealth meter's Y offset to 200, so the meter won't intervene with dialogue.
