Simple change of the Thieves Guild Radiant dialogue tree to prompt for a city, and pass it to the radiant Story Manager system.
Uses vanilla dialogue responses.
Only original 5 vanilla city choices, so that it does not affect/require changes elsewhere.
Does not affect counting of side quest successes. Incorporates related Unofficial Patches.
