This is a very simple mod that adds the same spinning wheel found in Dragonsreach to the crafting area of the safehouse in Legacy of the Dragonborn.
That's it!
No navmesh edits. No wild edits. No bash tags needed. 2 records in an ESL.
I added it between the smelter and enchanting station. There's a copy of Fryssa the Wide's Nordic Tailoring on the floor next to the wheel.
