Oh man I already compacted the file-form IDs of the main mod so I could esl-flag it (it seemed wasteful to use a whole slot in my load order for one pair of mittens, no matter how marvelous) so I can't actually use this patch, but I'm downloading it anyway just to endorse and praise because this is brilliant.

If it makes you feel better, I technically don't even use this mod because I made all my changes in the original mod's ESP (which I also compacted), so I had to make a second version just to upload. I just uploaded another version that should work for you, assuming the IDs get compacted the same way every time. If you'd like to test it, I'd appreciate it.
