idk if you noticed but the description spoiler isnt spoilering anything lmao, either firefox is bugging for me (in which case; my bad) or you accidentally got the formatting wrong
Nexus had a major overhaul just recently to its UI and design which will cause old formatting on mod pages to not work correctly. This also happened on the last UI overhaul/redesign. It's not your browser.
Ugh, this mod needs more recognition. I have been using your LoTD for years and have a ton of mods that add displays, and I am a packrat anyway so I am bumping into completion way too soon. In my next play, I will use this one.
Thank you, my only wish is that I would have found it sooner. Thank you for all of your hard work with LoTD. a fantastic mod that has added hundreds of hours over the years in Skyrim. Always flawless, always enjoyable, no matter how many times I hear Avram complain about his old life lol If a mod doesn't play nice with LoTD, it can't stay in my LO, end of story lol
This is not the way posts starting with "Ugh" usually go! V6 is right around the corner, I think everyone will really like it. This mod will no longer be needed. It will be built right into the main MCM.
lol I am sorry, but it truly was what I felt when I stumbled across it.. Like omg I have wished for it but didn't dare tinker and try to do it myself. And then to see it had been out for so long. But I am happy to have it and can't wait for the next version!
I have a dumb request. I'm doing a full Hall of the Forgotten run for the shits and giggles, but my god, the extra delay just isn't enough. I've just hit level 20 and already have over 600 relics. What're the odds I can request an even extra extra delayed version?
Just wanted to say that I really appreciate what this mod does but I'm also struggling with the force greet bug other people mentioned. It's been going since I hit 100 displays, and I'm on the first version, not the extra version.
I am well over 700 displays and the Moonpaths quest doesn't seem to trigger for me with the extra delay version of this mod. Just trying to narrow down if something's wrong with my modlist.
I am aware, but does it does touch the "It belongs in a Museum", correct? (THAT quest is related to the Moonpaths questline in that regard, as far as I am aware.) And that quest just doesn't even trigger for me when it should.
Edit: Upon inspecting the delay mod with ssedit, it seems like it does not have anything to do with "it belongs in a museum" quest, and I'd like to apologize. Now I need to go back to scratching my head over this conundrum.
For those wanting to know the quest requirements for Extra delay, here they are, collections I didn't bother writing: A Room With a View - 300 It belongs in a museum - 400 Night at the Museum - 600 Branching Out - 700 Branching Out… Again - 1100 Shadow's of One's Past - 1200 Brancing Out… Ever more - 1500 The Excavation of Windcaller Pass - 1900 The Excavation of the Ruins of Rkund - 2300 Shattered Legacy - 2400 The Visage/The Trial of Trinimac - 2700
The DELAY patch increases the base LotD quest requirements. Some early levels are doubled, tripled midgame, and even more than that by endgame. First quest is Adding to the Collection. In base LotD, that's 50 displays. With DELAY, that's 100 displays. The final quest is The Visage. In base LotD, that's 400 displays, going to 1350 with DELAY. 50 --> 100 ------> 400 --> 1350
EXTRA DELAY doubles the relic requirements of DELAY. 50 --> 200 ------> 400 --> 2700
EXTRA DELAY needs a LOT of add-ons to hit. If you have under 2700 items, the final quest will never trigger. A quick way to check if you have enough items: install Curator's Companion. Load up an alternate start mod and start a dummy character. Let all your mods load. Once the MCMs have all registered, open the MCM for Curator's Companion. Each add-on will have a little number on the entry page saying how many items it is tracking. Add those numbers up.
If you have less than 1350 items, either do not use this mod or go toss some more add-ons into your load-order & try again. If you have 1350 to 2699, use DELAY. If you add up to 2700 or more, use DELAY for a quicker museum playthrough or use EXTRA DELAY to spread the museum quests out longer.

Also, this hasn't been tested super rigorously, so if you find anything not firing at the right time, please leave me a note!

I can imagine armor, weapons and uniques but 100?
