Version 1.2
Added PlayerHousecarlFaction to Lydia's bed in the built-out Breezehome; it was only on the "empty Breezehome" version before.
Added a patch to set the ownership of Lydia's bed to Lydia directly. Use this if the housecarl faction version doesn't work for some reason.
NOTE that the beds are persistent, meaning that the update and/or patch may not work on an existing game. It won't break anything, it just may not affect where Lydia sleeps until a new game. :/
If you' running an older version of Skyrim (pre 1130), you'll need the Backporter mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/106441)
Version 1.1-patch
Shrinks the aspen tree in the corner of the enchanting area so it doesn't grow through the floor upstairs. ESPFE. 1.71 format, so you'll need the Backporter mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/106441) if you're not running the latest version of Skyrim. Should be safe to add mid-game.
