How do I get rid of the "Restless Beast" effect? I cured my lycanthropy, but the debuff is still present. I am unsure what I am supposed to do.

Hey there! First of all, thanks for the great mod! I simply cannot play without your whole suite.
Now, I have something to ask, do you think its possible to make a patch or version, where the Howls can be used in human form? I like to play as non-dragonborn characters, and while i cannon shout, maybe I could Howl?

I don't think it'd be necessarily OP, or remove the utility of transforming into the Beast form, since still woudn't have all the transformation buffs, but would have a bit more to our "manbeast" arsenal.

So, I'm having a strange issue where transforming into a werewolf with this mod causes my SkyUI presets that use dual-wield set-ups, whether it's dual-spells or weapons, to lose the saved equip-state. This is my first time experiencing this issue with werewolf form - I have not experienced this before with neither Growl nor vanilla werewolf forms (at least to my recollection, it has been some time) and I do not have this issue upon transforming into Scion vampire on a different character on the same mod loadout. Usually, this issue wouldn't really matter because I typically don't touch werewolf form once I have the mortal-form perks, but seeing as this mod forces you to shapeshift... it's pretty obnoxious. Any idea as to what the issue, and potential solutions, are? Besides "cure your lycanthropy," obviously.

EDIT: May be worth noting my game is a version behind current live Skyrim, but my entire modlist is contemporary to that release.

EDIT 2: Some further information: it causes all preset groups to lose their saved dual-wield states - even ones that I do not have currently equipped. If I have two different spells equipped, it does not seem to force the off-hand empty, but if I do have two weapons equipped - whether the off-hand is different or the same weapon - I will transform back with an empty off-hand.

EDIT 3: Creating a group with an empty off-hand, equipping that group, then transforming, still causes the same problems to occur: all groups get their equip-states wiped.

I don't really think anything in Manbeast can cause this.

Redriverdream, did you try revert back to mortal form by idling for a few munuets? (not usig Revert Form power)
And do you use Combat Gameplay Overhaul?
I do and I have the same problem and I did some testing.
When MB is enabled and CGO disabled, revert by idling retains equip state. But revert by power will wipe equip state.
When both MB and CGO are enabled, equip state is wiped when reverted by ether way.
Lastly when MB is disabled and CGO enabled, equip state is retained after reverting by idle.
I have no idea how this happens, other mods may play part in this.
So, even if you don't use CGO, try revert by idling and see what happens.

I can confirm, the issue is when using the Revert power. If you just wait until you transform back, you're SkyUI groups stay the same.

I wonder what could cause this.

SkyUI will lose the group information if weapons/spells are unfavorited or if the favorite items change (for example, if you temper a weapon, it's a "new" item so SkyUI will lose group info). So if Revert Form code is doing something funky with the favorite list (like remove everything, cache, put it back later, programmatically), it might cause this.
In any case, there's a good chance that the Revert power works differently than the time-out revert form. If that's the case, changing its implementation to just short the remaining transformation time to 1-2 seconds and riding the default timeout revert mechanic, might solve the issue.

I encountered this before a long time ago. I just don't remember if it was already with Manbeast; or something else + Simple Werewolf Favorite Howls (I think it was already with Manbeast, a year ago).

I'm at work so I can't test, but leaving it here so someone can compile the script and test. I'll try later too.
      1. Test this mod. See if it causes the same issue. If it does, the issue might be with the PlayerWerewolfQuest.SetStage(100).
      2. If it is the issue (or even if it isn't, it's worth the test), change MAG_RevertForm_Script from Manbeast to do a PlayerWerewolfShiftBackTime.SetValue(1.5) (from PlayerWerewolfChangeScript) instead of the SetStage of PlayerWerewolfQuest.

So, the issue is not related to the Werewolf quest SetStage; nor are they related to the Revert Form power. They are related to the Favorite Menu.
If you simply open the favorite menu - which you have to do to Revert Form, hence the confusion - and then wait for the transformation to end, your SkyUI groups will lose its bindings.

So the source of the issue is the implementation of Simple Werewolf Favorite Howls (the original or Manbeast's change to it, I'm guessing the original).
Simon, I hope this helps. I suggest you add this info somewhere so people know of this limitation (and workaround).

When comparing Scion and Manbeast, i noticed that being a werewolf had basically no downsides, while being a vampire had some significant ones. Was this intentional?

No, it happened by accident. (What do you want me to say to this?)

I don't know :o Maybe it is part of the bigger SimonRim concept, for example because werewolfs get less benefits than vampires from other effects in your mods or smth like that. I wouldn't be surprised if you had weaved some kind of tricky balancing masterstroke for this across multiple mods :P

Hey! I'm having a little problem,
my character 1 is all good, But my character 2 only has 3 vanilla howls and there is no option to turn back into a human (Q menu). The rest of the Perk points are applied, only the howls cannot
My characters 1 and 2 both use the same MOD.
do you have any ideas? (sorry, Google translation)

I did it. It turned out that my character 2 did not apply the simple werewolf howl for some reason. I just reinstalled it and it was fine.
VR cannot open the preference menu without a simple werewolf howl.
Now that I have Manbeast's Perk, I can also turn back into a human with a simple howl, thank God.
      and.
It turns out my character 1 didn't actually use Manbeast's Perk.
Maybe it's because I installed the mod after becoming a werewolf.

I really like this mod. The forced transformation system is a really great solution to my problems with vanilla werewolves, and turning into a werewolf feels strong (as it should).

My only problem with with the mod is that animal senses (in human form) is a bit OP. In mysticism detect all is an expert level alteration spell but with this mod you get for free at no magicka cost whenever you want. I've personally resigned myself to not using the power at all. I think a nice solution to this would be if animal senses was a power that you could use once a day.

I don't really agree with this but I will probably get rid of the Life Detection aspect anyways in the near future and just make the spells a toggle-able Night Eye effect.

Hello, is there any option to finish the werewolf transformation. Some button to go back to being human.

I love this mod. Its allways on my modlist. Is there a way to make character naked when transform end? or it is possible to make compatible with Classic Werewolf Transformation?
