Requirements: Snazzy Furniture and Clutter Overhaul (SFCO) is now a hard requirement otherwise the sofas wont spawn in. Skyrim 2020 Parallax by Pfuscher is a optional version, if you decide to not use Skyrim 2020 Parallax by Pfuscher gold trim texture will be replaced with stone trim and the wall panels behind the bed and plant display will also be stone.

This is a lovely home the detail and the views are great, a bit out of the way though and a real shame it is close to one of my most hated locations White Ridge Barrow, those awful spiders and the spider/human mutations always make me want to vomit and just seeing that place when I leave sends a shudder through me. But yeah, a very nice home just don't look to the right when you leave.

Regarding Snazzy Furniture. Do we need the esp or just the meshes/textures? I don't use Snazzy standalone cause I use alot of interior overhauls but I do use the retexture.
Great looking home and frankly desperately needed in Solstheim (there just aren't many nice Solstheim homes).
One issue I have with this is that there's a bunch of missing textures (mostly trimmings) if you don't have Parallax or SFCO (I'm not sure if it's just one or both, I didn't bother downloading them to test it. They're huge mods and change too much and I don't want to deal with all the incompatibilities that would bring). I think it's fine to have these as requirements for such a nice looking home, so they should be listed as such instead of implied as optional.
Glade you like the home, is there any chance you can send a screenshot of the texture issue? there shouldnt be any problems as it uses the default textures of skyrim and i havent used anything custom.
I was going to test with Parallax and SFCO, but half an hour after starting the download for Parallax it's only at 30%, so here are some screenshots of what it looks like with only the Enhanced Lights and FX mod.
The couch is missing (as seen in the last image), but I installed SFCO and it appeared, so the couch requires that. I assume the missing textures will be fixed with Parallax, but maybe not. I'll leave another reply once I have the chance to test it.
I had the same issue. I tried downloading Parallax yesterday and it failed here after a few hours... we have what is effectively a modernised dial-up... I don't want to tie up the connection if there's another less hefty solution. The house itself though is absolutely gorgeous. Very inventive. There's everything one would need. It's definitely something I'd like in my game.
And I've just managed to get the Parallax thingy which I'm about to try... :-)

No, no - *thank you!!!* :-) It really is very lovely. Sometimes Live Another Life dumps me in Solstheim and this would be a very nice start for that. As Gnago has said, there aren't a lot of homes out there in any case. Severin Manor is rather depressing... There aren't any inns outside of Raven Rock either and it's cold. Some homes dotted about would be nice! I'm particularly find of the small, comfy ones. I can't ever see myself with a castle... Thanks again!

I've been staying at Severin whenever I'm on the island, but I've basically just been using it as a roof over my head.
It'll be so nice to have to an actual home on Solstheim, thank you. Also, very much appreciate the teleport spell. :)
