    So I've placed a bunch of shrines all over magical areas.
    You can reveal their locations in those areas via the Wraith Sight power, which also gives you a nighteye effect, lasting one minute.
    Also shows dead and undead like detect spells.

    Shrines give you the blessing of Herma-Mora, which buffs shout timer, magicka regen, and heals you completely.

    Locations:
    One in Septimus Signus' oupost
    Two in the College, Arcaneum and Arch-Mage quarters
    One outside the College, up on top
    One in Nightcaller temple
    One in the bard's college
    One in Dragonsreach by Farengar
    One by Bilegulch mine, facing a dragon burial mound(at the fairy ring)
    One in the Midden
    One at the Windward Ruins
    One at Fellglow Keep
    One at Morvunskar
    One at Ilinalta's deep
    One at Four Skull Lookout
    One at North Skybound Watch
    Two in Arknthamz
    One in Bzalft
    One at Raldbthar
    One at Skytemple Ruins
    One at Mzulft
    One at Deep Folk Crossing

    So update has been dropped, be sure to let me know of any major or minor issues you come across.

    Currently working on compatibility with race affecting mods and mods that affect vampire/werewolf quests.
    These include:
    Sacrosanct (On the Custom Race Dialogue Quest Framework page)
    Better Vampires (On the CRDQF page)
    Imperious - Races of Skyrim (on this page)

    Please inform me if there are other mods that are incompatible, within reason of course. I can't do every mod, but if the mod is sufficiently popular I'd like to make sure everyone can still use mine alongside it.

    I also plan on balancing the Revenant more, as feedback says it's still overpowered, and continuing with the main quest beyond the cure/mastery section.

    If anyone cares , I found the perfect work around for the fast travel restrictions . It's called Dark Envoy , and it includes a Bat travel spell that let's you fast travel from anywhere . Cast the spell and it doesn't matter where you are or what your doing , inside buildings in the middle of battle no restrictions . I don't mind taking minor damage from the rain , but I do have a problem with being told I can't fast travel . And if all it takes is a spell or enchantment to make the rain effect void , I really don't get the point of adding that weakness in the first place .

    This mod is cool as hell and I'm loving it. But I am getting some odd shader/skin/texture issue that seems to be caused by this mod. I'm not 100% sure if it is but I can't think of any other mods adding shaders to my char and it only shows up after I've turned my char into a revenant. Using the bone armor spell alleviates it for mabye 30 secs but then it comes back. Not using a custom race

    Managed to solve this by deleting the pallor shader effect in SSEEdit, something might've been fucky with my setup idk.

      Thanks, as mentioned though it could just be my setup, since no one else has reported it.

      Different question; would it be possible to allow for hair customization in the racemenu (with showracemenu command) or is it undoable due to it being a custom race? Atm beard and hair gets locked, hair colour is changeable tho

      I could probably make a power that "suppresses" Revenancy temporarily and makes you mortal again, that would let you change stuff. Though I would probably need to make it more worthwhile than just that... I'll think of something.

      Concur, cool as hell. As of version 1.8, the pallor shader effect seems to still be there. I am not a custom race but just a high elf female. I thought the mod description said the shader effect would only be used on custom races. Regardless, it looks like a black, moving series of splotches on the skin. I myself do not know enough about SSEEdit to delete it, however there is another way. If you have Blood and Dirt installed, that mod will put a constant effect of dirt on your character. As long as you are dirty, you won't see it. If you use take a bath power, you will see it. At which point you can tell Blood and Dirt to reset the effects, which will put a small amount of dirt on you. This is somewhat immersive if you think about it, because the revenant is damaged by water, so maybe no bath time? Just walk around dirty and put on some perfume using the Vitrium mod.

      Otherwise, really loving the alternative to lich, vampire and werewolf. Thanks Fantafaust.

      I haven't tried the latest version yet but I had the same problem with this mod making my skin messed up . Like it becoming see through in spots and turning black in others . I don't mind the eyes changing , but I wish it would leave my skin alone . This does go well with the Undeath mod to if you can get it to not mess up your textures in the process .

      Hi! This is quite old at this point but I do want to say you can search for the "Death Pallor" spell effect in console, and do "player.removespell [spell effect ID]" and it should remove the hue and shader, ideally this would simply be fixed but in the mean time you can toggle it off at least.

    I apologize ahead for commenting on an old post. I absolutely love the mod. I’ve got one question. I’ve skipped into the soul carin, didn’t even get act two of the amulet quest but managed to complete act 3. Got through act 3 and unlocked the lair. One room right next to the throne which has the helmet stand and basin for my characters blood. I have not a single clue on what this room is or does. I’ve tried mediating, placing objects, Rev gear summon wraiths and so on. What does this room do because I keep trying to look up what it does but I’ve found nothing on this. Am I just blind or stupid?

      Ah, that's a section I never finished.
      Basically you place the correct item on only one of the pedestals, then meditate in the round part of the raised dais, which transports you to a new dungeon.

    i didn't understand it quite well, but does the disease gets cured by shrine blessings? or i can get them with no fear

      If the disease gets cured before you become a Revenant, yes, it will be cured completely.
      If you become a Revenant, then shrines will not cure you of revenancy

    If I'm an Argonian will I still end up taking damage from water ? I can't find any of the shrines anyways , I think maybe anniversary edition doesn't play well with this mod ?

    Does anyone know where I might find an image of the shrines? I'm having trouble locating them, or if they didn't spawn/exist in my world for some reason.

    when i absorb a dragon soul my revenancy disappears and my in first person mode, my hands and weapon disappear but magic is still there
