Trying to find the same thing, as I have another mod that adds the slowdown on power attack part. The dropping both hands requirement is a godsend however.
Hey thanks for the re-balance. Truly appreciate it. I found a problem where your mod won't win the mod conflicts in Wrye Bash Patch despite having a lower order than the original Vokrii. So, I have to manual edit it. It doesn't bother me much just a heads up for the other users.

Art, Olympic, Democracy, and Love all start with Greek. I offer you to read "Berserk" Manga the author put 30 years on this and it still needs 10 more years !. this is an Epic story and one of Japan's Best of the Best, one of the characters is so similar to this.

Open SSedit, choose this mod and go then select perks and remove the Brawler Reaction perk.

I'm pretty sure you messed those numbers up, 0.4% of 100 is 0.4 bonus damage , quite underwhelming...
