This is the one. For any curious modders looking for a functional camera experience, it's here. This is absolutely amazing. Every other Preset has the camera drifting 100 feet away from my character and makes every day tasks impossible. This is so natural it looks like what the game was designed around.Thank you so much.
I've been playing with this preset for a couple of hours and I think it's my favorite out of all the ones that are on this site. Movement and aiming feel solid across the board, especially magic, which I found a lot of other presets didn't do as well as this one. Really nice work!
Upon loading your preset, the camera zooms in very close to the character, and it doesn't look near as good as in the screenshots. Do you know what could be the issue?
In case anyone else has this issue--you need to manually zoom out after loading the preset. If using controller you can do this by holding down right stick and moving left stick back and forward.
Just had to come and say I found this preset on reddit, and this was fantastic.. I installed TDM and SmoothCam, and out of the box I did not like how it felt, and then found this preset - amazing.
For peopled that ownload this preset and its not showing and use MO2
first opend your overwrite under the bottom of your modlist then SKSE > Plugins now open this mods using winrar and in winrar go SKSE > Plugins then for exemple copy the SmoothCamPreset0.json then paste it on your overwrite plugins
Thank you! It really is that simple, in my case it was "SmoothCamPreset4.json" and "SmoothCamPreset5.json." I copied those from the mod zip and pasted them into my MO2 overwrite folder, overwrite the files there when windows asks and it showed in game on re-launch. SE version 1.6.1170
