What's new in version 1.1? A Sanguine shrine has been added next to the house. Under it, there is a trapdoor that will lead you to one of the Myriad Realms of Revelry called Frozen Plateau. Inside, you might find a new weapon, but you will also have to find your way out. This update doesn't modify any scripts from previous versions. It should be safe to replace the old ESP/BSA with the new ones, even on a saved game that has already completed the quest from the past version.
This update doesn't add any quests, just a weapon and an interior cell.
The Saturalia Holiday Pack adds a merchant, a reindeer and some clothes, but no trees. I think the pack you are talking about is either a mod or a pack from another game.
