A very small & simple mod that adds an percentage increase to all 5 spell schools based on your skill in that school. For example: Destruction @ skill 35 adds a 35% increase to all destruction spells, Flames for example will do 8x1,35=10,8 damage.

Version 1.0 was a port from oldrim, remade the mod and added some optional files.
This mod adds some new numbers into all the 5 spell schools "novice perks". Once you pick a novice perk you will begin to get an extra 1-100% magnitude on your spells for that school based on the skill you have in that school of magic. And by magnitude i mean an increase to what the spell originally does. If we take the spell "flames" for example that originally does "8" damage. With a skill level of 35 in destruction, flames will do 8x1,35=10,8 damage. And for destruction you can already increase your damage up to 50% and this is applied after the 35% increase. Alteration, Conjuration & Illusion spells will be more powerfull, works on higher targets for example. Bound weapons will scale as well, "bound sword" for example does 9 damage (14 damage with the "Mystic Binding" perk). This will scale just like flames as mentioned above, with a skill level of 35 in Conjuration you will end up with 9x1,35=12,15 or 14x1,35=18,9. Summoned things may not benefit from an increase to magnitude though, trying to find a good solution to make it scale.
The mod do not change the magicka cost or the duration for spells.
Should work with any other mods as long the novice perks exist in both mods, just added a few numbers in 5 already existing perks. Should work with any custom made spells as well, as long as they use any casting perks, (novice, apprentice, adept, expert & master) for example.
