It does for me in testing, I just reinstalled the game after a little break and checking what mods work and this one, I could still move around when in conversation.
I loved this version for its immersion and never saw some issue, beside not having mouse controll when trading with followers through dialoque. But Swiftly Order Squard helped me with that and quick trade was fine with keyboard only...
Is there any possibility to get this in AE too again? :7
Works pretty well. I'm using this mod with No Furniture Camera, Auto Input Switch and Skyrim Souls. Someone claims a CTD with dragon dismounting, but there is no crashlog to verify it. Someone else opened a bug report as they were unable to scroll through options with the D-pad; I don't have this issue.
Only two minor issues on my end: 1. If the player initiates dialogue with an actor while seated, and then stands up after the dialogue menu is opened, the scroll wheel changes both camera distance and dialogue option at the same time. The scroll wheel shouldn't change camera distance at all under intended behavior. 2. Unable to sneak or switch POV with controller, even if the options are enabled under the .ini for both keyboard and controller. Only the keyboard controls work for these features on my setup.
From my brief testing, your walk speed is whatever it was before dialogue. So if you have walk toggled on instead of running you'll be walking in dialogue too. Setting "bAllowToggleRun" to true in the mod's INI will let you toggle walking on or off during dialogue, but I wish it was automatic.

Bear in mind my install environment.
