I'm having an issue whenever i reanimate vampires. They only try to use vampiric drain on enemies, but it does literally 0 damage to anything. They will use melee weapons if their magicka gets depleted or if they are close enough, but they never seem to use any of their frost or shock spells. Reanimating other NPCs like bandits, Falmer, necromancers, etc. all seem to function perfectly most of the time. I'm a vampire myself and vampiric drain works as intended for me. Enemy vampires' vampiric drain spell work normally too. It's only once I attempt to reanimate one myself that they seem to break.
When I read the description for this mod I totally thought this mod was going to allow me to ride my undead thralls around, now I'm sad and I feel silly.
Would it be possible to add a function to this where turning into a Vampire Lord or Werewolf does not kill your minions? The only mod I can find doing this is on the Steam Workshop for Oldrim
is there any way to get a dead thrall such as a stormclock or bandit to level with character? wat i mean is say he is attacking the enemy with sword i get same sword xp even though its him attacking. or say i use frenzy and they all attacking yet i still could gain the xp from them attacking? is this possible?
Is there a way to improve the AI of reanimated corpses? Aside from getting stuck on things sometimes (happens with any reanimation), anything that isn't a humanoid or lesser creature will walk slowly when following outside of combat. I've seen this so far with trolls, hagravens, and giants (I assume mammoths as well, but I haven't resurrected one yet).
In short, is there a way to make them run/sprint outside of combat or give them better AI like normal followers? I haven't been able to find a mod that fixes that so far.
