   Something like that would just melt the rock. It would make more sense if you used fireballs.

      thats the point thats why you smelt ore stone to burn away the rock and free the ore, fireballs would be closer to blasting away chunks from an ore deposit to then be smelted down.

      Exactly. If you melt ore on the spot, what's the point of having smelters in the game?

      2017 Mod, I imagine Form 44 for the most recent one? So you don't have to worry about converting.

      looks like this one is a true to the orig port while the other adds sparks as an additional spell to use.

      not much difference at all, the other mod has an option for using the sparks spell as well as flames
      honestly i didin't realize there was an SE version of this mod already, my mistake haha. but i'll keep the modpage up anyway
