   Thank you for this - unlike the other Brotherhood of Old patch, this one is also compatible with the Bittercup creation hogging a door slot on the other side.

   EDIT: wait.. this only needs Brotherhood of old as a master... so maybe im good O_o
   
   crap im not using LAL will this still work? Or more astutely, is there a patch just for Underground/Sewers/Brotherhood of old?

      There are a lot of conflicts, mostly navmesh. Worst case would be followers that can teleport to your location would get stuck frequently.
