I don't see the for sale sign, I have a mod that for tall grass and extra trees, it might be hidden behind the foliage, not sure, do I need to find someone in Dawnstar to buy it from, or just find the for sale sign and buy it from there, Thanks
Hi, I've had a look at it today and the sign shows up in game as it should. You should see that it's attached to the right side of the door frame. You simply need to interact with the sign and pay the required amount of gold to purchase the property. The house key will then be added to your inventory. If the sign doesn't show, then I can only suggest that you use LOOT to check that your load order is correct. I haven't had any prior reports of any other mods that have compatibility issues with this one. The .nif for the sign had already been converted for SSE when I initially uploaded it to bethesda.net. This mod is simply an exact copy of the one from that site.
