    For anyone looking for the CG4 Lens Rain mod. You can find it still on a Russian hosted modding site. Use google translate and then follow the prompts for a download.

    If anyone has "invisible rain" with ELFX and ENB - this mod solves the issue like a charm. It does for me.
    Endorsed.

    Wouldn't the rain image file need to be a dds file for the game to register it?

    I went from being frustrated by my rain being either overly bright, black, or invisible in my ENB to wow'ing about how real the rain looked in the few minutes it took to download this, install it, and start the game. Dead easy, and so realistic in VR that I swear it tricked my brain into feeling raindrops. Amazing work!

    I will say, though, that I did end up turning off the refraction setting. During light rain it was very cool to see the rain lighting up from sources like windows, especially at night. But it "refracts" more than just bright lights, so during heavy rain all the drops would basically come together into composite double-images of things like the NPCs walking around. It still looks amazing even without refraction, though.

    My enb ini doesn't have a [RAIN] section. Is that a problem? Can I just paste it in?

      I wondered where all this DP was coming from. I assumed it was on someone's ENB list somewhere. Glad it worked for you!

    It seems that the lens rain mod isn't available anymore. I'll still download your mod though. Looks nice.

      You can use R.A.S.S for the screen effects. Not quite the same as the other lens mod, but works well. You can find that here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/22780

    First of all thanks for this great looking absolutely realistic raindrop textures. It's definitely staying in my game! One tiny little problem though; I'm experiencing a weird visual glitch in the shape of a halo that surrounds my character that inhibits the color of the hair when i have the enb settings enabled. I setup my enbseries.ini as you recommended:

    [RAIN]
    IgnoreWeatherSystem=true
    Enable=true
    EnableSupersampling=true
    UseOriginalTexture=false
    MotionStretch=0.52
    MotionTransparency=0.25
    RefractionFactor=0.27
    MotionBluriness=0.32
    BrightnessDawn=1.5
    BrightnessSunrise=1.5
    BrightnessDay=1.5
    BrightnessSunset=1.5
    BrightnessDusk=1.5
    BrightnessNight=1.5
    BrightnessInteriorDay=1.0
    BrightnessInteriorNight=1.0

    Everything looks fine, except for the raindrops that are nearest to my PC. They're Blonde :D Any ideas as to what's causing this?

    Cheers and thanks again!

    Looks great with the right enb tweaks, definitely a nice alternative to many enb rain fx.
