Great mod. Is there any chance you could make a version that does NOT alter the body mesh? Just the dialogue fix on it's own? I'm sure there are others out there that use CBBE so would prefer not to have her body altered. Cheers
actually i sse edit this mod and removed body and head informaiton. Then downloaded CBBE version. Here https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67219 I then ran NIF Optimizer and now no neck seam and I have the dialog fix. here https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4089 AND finally with this mod you can give Arissa her thieving capabilities by telling her to open things. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/28641
I suspect you have given up waiting for a reply for over a year ... but I just did this myself. So while I'm here ... I created an override file that only contained the desired parts (the dialogue).
I'd be happy to upload it myself, but I'm not sure if I would need MusicRoller's permission ... or if they'll ever read this. If you do, though, just let me know if you want my copy of the file or if it's okay for me to upload it myself.
So to anyone wanting the default Arissa in SE, just do the following: Download the mod from Frostee twitter (https://twitter.com/Froztee2/status/1328033038228447238?s=20) then use the dialogue fixer (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/42187) then this mod to put the original appearance back on (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/22278) then fix the black face (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/42441?tab=files)
So, if I understand you correctly, I install Froztee's PORT from his Twitter page ( 1 esm) , then your patch ( 1 esp) , then Froztee's Re-Imagined mod (with 1 esp). That's 3 esp's to install because they're all named differently, correct ?
Right. In general, you want to load behavior-modifying mods (which typically don't contain head assets, and just have a copy of the original head record in the ESP) before appearance-modifying mods (which change the head record in the ESP and have the matching mesh and texture assets). If the no-head-assets behavior mod is loaded last, you'll get a mismatch between what the ESP says about the head and what the appearance mod assets say, resulting in the ever-unpopular dark-head problem.
This mod is ESL-flagged, so it won't count against your mod limit. Froztee's appearance mod isn't, but it can be (and should be; feel free to harass him about it ).
Arissa LE 2.2.2 runs fine in SE; just extract the files from the BSA and then remove/rename the BSA. Though there's a slight mismatch at the head/neck junction. Don't know why; don't remember if that was an issue in LE.
If you run the extracted meshes through SSENO, and activate this patch, the mismatch disappears.
FWIW, that video doesn't 'port' anything; all it does is expand the BSA, as I suggested. Since the video takes 4.5 minutes to do so, you can probably beat his time by quite a bit .
It's much faster to just install 2.2.2 first with your mod manager, then do the BSA extraction in-place in the installed folder. Which eliminates the need to re-create the installer archive.
It'll probably work but it's not the best idea to use Form 43 plugins in general. If you've got the creation kit installed it takes about 30 seconds to convert to 44. Literally all you need to do is activate the plugin and the thingy goes bloop and it's done.
Contrary to the numerous somewhat-strident posts on the subject, conversion from Form 43 to 44 by an end user of a mod is completely unnecessary and meaningless. There is zero risk using a Form 43 mod in SE, and zero value received by doing such a conversion.
Odd - using MO2 just installed 2.2.2 and the files are loose in the installation directory, no bsa - haven't touched any auto bsa extraction settings....did update MO2 a little while back - perhaps it is default doing so now.

Update: It works and very well! Thank you so much for this fix.
