   So they using elven armory but silver weaponry? That's bad but for luck there is another mod which changing only weaponry of Thalmor to elven one.
   Also, thank you for this mod :)

      No, they have a higher chance to spawn with silver at lower lvls, they spawn with elven when you get to higher lvls, (around 20+)

   Is there any way to make the thalmor wear elven armor instead of glass?

      Yes, but it would take another mod to do this, and it would not guarantee all Thalmor will use only elven. Editing their weapons is much easier.

   Thanks, this mod is unlike others that give the thalmor elven weapons because they dont get them when you're level one, seems more balanced.
