This mod changes the background image, music, custom UI (icons, colors) and adds snowy effect.
My goal with this project is to create a mod that replaces all the parts of Skyrim's interface.
I made this for myself and is still in the making but I wanted to share it.
PS: This is my first mod and first attempt at it.
